Dave did a great job selling my condo. I started mentioning to Dave, that I wanted to sell my condo months before I was able. At that point he already started helping me with the process. Anything i needed to know about selling my condo and renters, etc. He would get back to me ASAP. My condo was only on the market for one day, before Dave had it sold. Dave Kotler started this journey with us about September through an email. November we started to look at homes, when we found some he was always there making arrangements for us to see them, especially since I was back and forth from Sk to BC. Dave Kotler had contacted us as I had registered for a Kelowna real estate website. He was fantastic and knowledgeable throughout the process, and was able to provide suggestions based on our needs. He is very motivated and easy to get ahold of!
Regarding negotiating the price of the suite, he was incredible and gave helpful recommendations on how we should negotiate. He got us the place for less than we offered! Dave was on vacation for the deposit and signing of documents, but made sure to explain thoroughly to us what needed to be done and how to do it. He handed over our case to another realtor who was excellent as well in dealing with the remaining tasks.
As a first time home buyer, Dave made the process feel like a piece of cake and guided us in the steps we needed to take and when to take them. Not being from Kelowna, it would have been challenging to know who to contact to have certain things done (such as the inspection), but he gave us excellent recommendations. Aside from his professionalism and extensive knowledge in the field, he's extremely personable and easy to get along with. If I know of anyone wanting to buy in Kelowna, I would without a doubt recommend Dave. You are amazing at what you do!
